Doctor of Pharmacy Program, University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy.I partnered with faculty to design courses as a part of a major program redesign.
Program Enrollment Modeling, Trinity Lutheran College and Luther Seminary.I developed models for anticipating program needs based on enrollment scenarios, which helped us plan staffing, facilities, resources, and purchasing.
Faculty Development Seminars.I have designed and led faculty development training and seminars on learning-centered course design practices and using learning technologies at Trinity Lutheran College, Luther Seminary, The Lutheran Theological Seminary at Gettysburg, and The Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia. View a sample video from a hybrid faculty development seminar that discusses the backward design course design framework in a larger design context.
Design Thinking in Higher Education.I have helped multiple higher education institutions to develop design thinking capacities though leading design thinking based projects, leading design thinking training seminars, and developing and supporting design studios and spaces.
I design and teach courses in design thinking, graphic design, instructional design, photography, and web design.
